Renewable Fuels Standard Regulation

Alberta’s Renewable Fuels Standard (RFS) Regulation is an associated Regulation for the provincial Climate Change and Emissions Management Act. The RFS Regulation came into effect in 2010, and requires commercial fuel producers to blend renewable products into their fuels, like gasoline and diesel.
