Fund Administration Regulation

The Climate Change and Emissions Management Fund Administration Regulation came into effect in 2007 to designate the Climate Change and Emissions Management Corporation as a delegated authority and establish the corporation’s obligations to the Minister of Environment and Parks regarding investment of funds transferred from the Climate Change and Emissions Management Fund to the corporation and their reporting requirements. These funds must support initiatives that reduce greenhouse gas emissions or improve Alberta’s ability to adapt to climate change.
